The Sporades islands are in central Greece and they are some of the greenest islands in Greece. The archipelago of the Sporades is very popular to explore by sailing boat, as it consist of 24 islands and isles! Hidden out of sight from tourists and less adventurous sailors, there are noumerous amazing golden beaches with crystal – clear turquoise waters many of them only accessible by boat! All the above combine with the nice - ideal wind conditions, make Sporades archipelago a true sailing paradise!
Although Skiathos island is the most popular holiday destination in the area with the most famous beaches, the other three bigger islands of the Sporades Group Skopelos, Alonissos and Skyros, are equally beautiful and more unspoilt.
Being in Sporades you can also explore the North coast of Evia, the Pagassitikos Gulf (Volos) and the amazing East coast of Thessaly mainland. You also get the chance to explore the famous MARINE PARK, home of the seal Monachus-Monachus! and visit the minor islands of Piperi, Kyra-Panagia, Yioura, Peristera, Psathoura, Skyropoula and Skantzoura.

- Without Skipper. For those who can sail independently or have adequate sailing experience
- With Skipper. For those who would like to enjoy sailing carefree or have little or no sailing experience
- With Sailing Instructor H.S.F. For those who would like to enjoy sailing carefree and combine their holidays with sailing lessons and getting their skipper license!

Holidays and Sailing Lessons!
Take the unique opportunity and get your own worldwide valid Skipper License, during your Sailing Holidays in Greece with Skiathos Yachting!
Our qualified Sailing Instructor, certified from the Hellenic Sailing Federation, will teach you the parts of the boat, the principals and terms of sailing, navigation, sailing techniques and maneuver, dock or anchor the boat, Knots, Safety etc.
After a week of lessons during your holidays, you will get the skipper license and you will have the basic skills to be the captain of the boat!
The only condition is to be above 18 years old and speak English or Greek!
